Piers Brown, Founder
Piers is the driving force behind Fractional Trade. After successfully launching Fractional Life, the world's leading consumer fractional ownership portal, Piers saw the need for a b2b site dedicated to fractional real estate professionals.
An experienced sales and marketing director, having worked in retail, the national media and one of the most successful fractional car clubs over his career, Piers also has a MBA, completing his thesis on fractional ownership. He's a qualified member of the Institute of Direct Marketing and Institute of Sales and Marketing Management.

 

George Sell, Editor george@fractionallife.com
George is an experienced journalist with a decade of covering the domestic and overseas property markets under his belt. He has edited several consumer and b2b property titles in the UK and contributes to a wide range of magazines and national newspapers. George is also responsible for editorial content on our sister site Fractional Life.

John Hulme, Sales Manager sales@fractionallife.com John Hulme started with Fractional Life in December 2010. John comes from a very successful career in business development. His experience with launching and growing business in previously undeveloped markets was what first attracted John to the role. John’s remit is to grow the quality of our subscribers and drivesuccessful fractional sales for our advertising clients

Aaron Weddell, Direct Marketing Manager
Aaron is the man behind our online communications. A freelance motoring and business journalist Aaron has worked on a number of online and print publications over his career but most recently brought his personal experiences of fractional ownership to bring the Fractional Life and Fractional Trade websites to life.

Susan Kime, Senior Staff Writer
Susan's knowledge and experience in both the fractional and the destination club industry is well-known. She is a major voice in the industry in the United States, and has spoken at many conferences, both nationally and internationally.

David Disick, Contributor
A former Wall Street attorney, a pioneer of the PRC industry, and a regular author and commentator on the fractional ownership industry, David Disick is CEO of David M Disick Associates, a strategic consultancy involved with fractional real estate. He was responsible for the launch of one of the first ever PRCs, the award-winning Franz Klammer Lodge in Telluride, Colorado, in 1994.
