Citadel Trustees Ltd (Citadel) has been appointed by Cypriot developer the Petevinos Group to provide bespoke Trustee and Stakeholder Services at its fractional resort, Sunset Springs Hotel & Resort Suites.

Christopher Allen, Citadel director, said: "This is further recognition of the high value that our bespoke Trustee services offer to new developers looking to enter the fractional market and Citadel is very proud to have been appointed by Petevinos. Not only will we be working closely with the team at Petevinos during the drafting stage of the Project Documentation, but we will also be offering our bespoke Escrow and Stakeholder Services, so enhancing the process through which the developer will be able to offer their fractional product to the market.”

The development comprises of 112 fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments, and is located 10 minutes drive from Limassol, adjacent to the Lanitis Golf Course. Amongst some of the key features and amenities, there will be a large outdoor pool, tennis court and wellness health spa and fitness room. Fractional owners at the Sunset Springs Hotel & Resort Suites, which is expected to be completed by Autumn 2011, will also be offered a concierge service and have free membership of the Aphrodite Golf Club and The Registry Collection.

Sales and marketing will begin initially in the UK and will be promoted by Pure Cyprus Invest, which is the UK sales and marketing division of Petevinos and is headed up by David and Pam Prince, who have many years experience in the overseas property markets.
