Leading luxury fractional ownership brand and fractional conference organiser Fractional Life is delighted to announce a first in the fractional real estate world. Fractional Summit USA will feature a purchasers' panel, where industry professionals can quiz buyers about their experiences and motivations for buying fractional property.

The panel, which takes place at 2:45pm on September 1st, will feature four fractional real estate buyers, including destination club and PRC members, who are happy to share their stories of how, why and when they became fractional purchasers.

This not-to-be-missed session will be chaired by Elaine Joli, author of fractional real estate guide Vacation Nation, and will give industry professionals invaluable insights in to who their customers are, why they buy and how to improve the customer experience for future purchasers.

Of particular interest to the marketing and management sectors, the purchasers panel, will be the first opportunity for fractional real estate professionals to have an interactive dialogue with buyers in a conference environment.
