The Namaste Oasis private residence club in Playa Guiones, Costa Rica, is the latest fractional onwership resort to join the Fractional Exchange.com network.

Located in the Pacific north-west area of Costa Rica, Nosara is widely known for its surfing and its yoga retreats.

Namaste Oasis Private Residence Club is building a series of two-bedroom, two-bath residences. The first phase of construction will have four residences, featuring a “floating” bridge entrance and high quality materials throughout. A second phase will feature six additional units, each in three-bedroom and two-bath layout.
