Property investment fund and destination club The Hideaways Club has added four new properties to its portfolio. Situated in the South of France, Portugal and Ibiza, the four new sites take Hideaways up to a total of 27 properties, with more planned for later in the year.
There are two new villas in France - Villa Marianne, which is situated between Aix-en-Provence and Avignon near the village of Mollégès in the Bouches du Rhône region, and Villa la Colline in La Garde Freinet near St Tropez. Both properties have beautiful private gardens and pools and can accommodate up to eight people.
Villa Palmeira (pictured), the second Portuguese villa owned by the Club, is located on the Algarve between Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo and is in close proximity to the beautiful beaches and championship golf courses in the region. It sleeps up to ten people and has its own private pool and garden.
And lastly, the The new Ibiza villa, La Solana, accomodates up to eight people and is located on a hillside approximately six miles from the island’s capital, Ibiza town.
Mike Balfour, chairman and co-founder of The Hideaways Club, said, “We are currently experiencing a rapid and exciting period of growth at the Club and in order to keep abreast of our members requests and suggestions we are always on the lookout for new properties that accurately reflect the highest standards of quality and excellence for which the Club is renowned."
