An Alberta company has scooped a national housing award for a fractional and whole ownership resort near Invermere, British Columbia.

Copper Point Resort is a four-season destination that offers whole and fractional ownership real estate. Year-round attractions near the resort include golf courses, skiing and water recreation on Lake Windermere. Facilities include a gym, a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and a contemporary restaurant and lounge.

Rohit Communities, a division of Edmonton-based Rohit Group of Companies, has also recently won three gold Tommie Awards for the Central Okanagan Region, also for its Copper Point Resort.

Copper Point Resort has also been named in five finalist categories at the CHBA-B.C.’s Georgie Awards on March 5 in Vancouver.
