Fractional residence club launched in North Carolina

$Asheville 151 fractional private residence club$ The Asheville Club at 151, a new fractional ownership private residence club in Asheville, North Carolina has been launched this week.

It will consist of two- and three-bedroom residences atop a new boutique hotel, sold by Residence Club Partners.

Each residence is fully furnished and features floor to ceiling windows offering views of Asheville – known as “the Paris of the south”– and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains, and is equipped with gourmet kitchens, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, entertainment centres, private terraces, spa-inspired bathrooms and fine linens.

The residences at 151 range from 1,500 to 2,285 square feet, with the private residence club ownership starting at $129,000.
