Spain is top option for Firstlight K Club fractional exchange buyers

Buyers of fractional real estate at Firstlight The K Club, in County Kildare, Ireland, are choosing Spain as the favourite destination in the company's exchange programme, which features more than 40 global locations.

Among the Spanish resorts in Firstlight The K Club’s international holiday exchange programme are Marriott’s Club Son Antem Apartments in Majorca, Marriott’s Playa Andaluza beach resort in Estepona, and Marriott’s Marbella Beach Resort in the heart of the Costa del Sol.
Firstlight K Club is also a member of the Interval vacation exchange network.

It recently received the thumbs up from a range of celebrities and sports stars when it hosted a golf tournament on the K Club's Palmer course. Former England footballer David Platt said: “Fractional ownership at the K Club …it’s a no brainer as a lifestyle investment. With all the economic problems around at the moment too it does not make sense to buy a whole property when you use it for just a few weeks of the year.”

There are special introductory launch prices at Firstlight The K Club start at €160,000 (£137,000) for a 1/8th share of a two-bedroom duplex apartment, €225,000 (£192,000) for a three-bedroom duplex apartment and from €290,000 (£248,000) for a four-bedroom house.
