FOC are hosting the Fractional Pavilion at the A Place in the Sun Live (APITS) Exhibition in Birmingham from 30^th September to 2^nd October 2011. This will be a highly promoted, dedicated fractional exhibition and there will be many talks from experts to potential fractional buyers to help them make informed purchase decisions.

This is a huge step forwards for fractional, as it puts the fractional concept to the forefront of one of the biggest consumer facing property shows in the UK. The pavilion will receive huge amounts of PR and media coverage and it would be a great opportunity for developers to promote developments and make sales to the captive fractional audience.

The stands are 3m x 3m (all inclusive of  power, electrics & quality furniture packs) and these usually cost £4,000. However, any developers that sign up with us and use our system, will be able to  have a stand in the pavilion for free! We think that this is a great offer and will be an excellent chance for developers to promote their developments and make sales as we are offering:

·         A no cost set-up of our fractional legal system to get your property fractions to the point of sale

·         A stand at A Place in the Sun to showcase and sell your fractions for free with the help of experts

There were over 5,000 potential buyers at the previous APITS exhibition and the interest in fractional was great with many, many buyers wanting to know more. It would be great to have new developers with us in the fractional pavilion to take advantage of the publicity, make some sales and generate more awareness for your sites.
