Christopher Stephan, CEO of Shared Homes International Inc., has recently launched Stephan Law Group to provide legal services for fractional real estate consultants and developers.

Stephan is a member of both the New York State Bar and the Law Society of Alberta, Canada. Stephan Law Group will offer legal services relating to cross-border real estate transactions, fractional real estate development and cross-border taxation.

Stephan sees tremendous buying opportunities for international real estate purchasers, particularly in the poplular sunbelt states in the United States which have seen values drop by nearly one-half since 2007.

Stephan is an avid real estate investor, owning multiple properties in Florida and Texas. He is currently putting together an investment fund to purchase real estate in some of the most popular destination areas in the United States including; Florida, Arizona, California, Nevada, and Hawaii.
